The third pic has a piece on it that will also be part of the shifters in the second pic (the outside washer with the bit coming off the top which prevents you from over rotating the shifter). I assume it either pops off, or you can just use it instead of the one that is part of the shifters in the second pic. If either is the case, then yes, shouldn't be a problem.
