Offered: Room in house

I have a room going as a short let in my house as my flatmate is going home to Italy for the summer from the end of the month.

It's a stunning new build 3 bed, 2 bath top floor flat (6th floor)in Hackney wick with a massive south west facing balcony/roof terrace with amazing views of the City and Docklands skylines, 24H security, plenty of storage for bikes, workbench and tools available to use as well. there are four of us in the flat 2 guys and 2 girls, all fixed gear riders except one. we are 3 minutes from Victoria park, and next to the new Olympic stadium. The room itself is a good size with a double bed, and stays cool in the summer heat. We are looking for someone clean, respectful of others' space and with a good command of the english language.

the only bad news: It's a bit far out and not very well connected for public transport although you can get the overground line from Hackney Wick station, or DLR from Pudding Mill Lane and there are some buses, 276 and 488. For those who cycle it's perfect though, which is why I thought I'd put it on here- that, and I don't want to live with some complete random who just fell out of the Gum tree.

It's 475 per month fully inclusive, payable in advance. We have a Dishwasher, Freeview, 8MB Broadband, a washer dryer, etc. PM me if you want more info...

That's quite a long daily commute to Manchester though.

Yeah you're right, book a viewing if you want, I'm free most of the time to come along too. I'm really not bothered about room size, I like tiny rooms personally so if there is a small room I'll happily take it.

i cant really do viewings because im at work till half 5 everyday, could you view it with ben or si and if its good il arange one too?

that one looks good, dont forget im not a student so altho i dont mind paying the council tax it will have to be a house that allows both "young proffesionals" (thats me aparantly!) and students
