Will from Wigan, do you have some magic /voodoo that detects these posts in the nursery? Or do you just have this thread permanently open (like Balki, with his sweets)?
See you soon? -

Maybe we could invite vortura, and he could deliver his next 4 posts in person?

Funny thing is the limit has been reduced to three posts; so he could have ended up putting in a lot more effort than he needed to get banned.

Yo, been lurking on this bad boy for a while. Used to cycle alot when i was younger, but have faded out recently. Moving to london in a month or two and figured the best way to get back into cycling for me would be to go fixed. Used to ride trials on mountain bikes and just want an A to B diddy but something a bit different, so thought its the best direction to go down.
Going to have a further snoop around this afternoon, but hopefully im going to place an order on some form of bike this weekend (cycle to work sceme ahoy!).
Ive been recommended Cavendish by a friend who used to work at Holloway, popped into Brick Lane and 14 yesterday also. Anyone got any recommendations of somewhere friendly and welcoming?
Cheers

A fixed gear (for better or worse) is not 'something a bit different' in London anymore. Still; welcome.
Cavendish are great. Have you tired Condor?

Tastes like chicken
New guy here - been browsing for some time. Just got my first Fixed - custom build from my LBS...., my 4th bike (along with 2 road bikes and an MTB).... Been riding bikes seriously for 23 years....
If you see a blood red and black fixed road bike (drops, guards and TWO brakes) charging around South Manchester and near the Uni's - say hello......
