So a couple of months ago I decided that I'd venture out for my first relatively long ride, to Amsterdam and really break in my latest conversion (hopefully not literally). So I decided I best train abit so I don't end up puffing behind the rest of the group. After 2 or 3 circuits of Richmond Park I started getting mad pain in my wrists and my lower back.
The bicycle is a little on the small side for me and I do realise this is probably the main cause of my greevance. However seeing as I'm sure alot of you on here ride a fair bit I was wondering if you could give any advice on trying to alleviate this problem by fitting the bicycle differantly, as well as what works for you. I do know there are articles online that talk of the perfect fitting of a bicycle but Id rather have some advice from the people on the road. If thats not too much to ask.
(If you thought this would be about Pirates and were disapointed I do appologise)
