hospital have x rays etc...
i will name and shame at some point tomorrow after iv spoken to them... as i dont want to risk it geting to them before i go there.
hospital said i could take them to court
claim compensation plus keep the bike and the shop would have to pay court fees.
so im just gonna go n ask for a refund explain everythin n if es not intrested i will name and shame everywhere and give him his court papers...
