Need advice on my gearing, (I think) and general advice

i havent looked at it, i dnt have much knowledge with bikes (as u can tell ibought a unipak)
bu was just wondering what to say to the owner in order of refund, as hospital said its not road worthy (maybe take him to court???)
but i cba jus want the bike gone

Did they take xrays?
