Sorry to hear you came off, hope you heal up soon.
Given what you started with and the damage done my advice would be to start again build yourself up something with some decent components, sorry but there isn't gong to be anything worth salvaging.
Take the positives that you can from the experience, and make sure you get whatever you buy next checked out by someone who knows about bikes.
