Italian made track hubs with splines for miche cogs and a lockring that is fixed with 3 allen head screws. To me this makes more sense than the traditional screw-on cogs and lockrings... even more so than the 6-hole MTB-discbrake cog-fixing idea (they also make 6-holed hubs and cogs) because there's no stress on the screw-threads from the force applied to the cogs.
They're also in the process of making 19T-22T cogs with miche-splines since miche only go up to 18T.
