Some people clearly do.
When you own a small company and have to pay a fortune for materials, equipment, and everything else, and still try and turn a profit, you get a bit annoyed with having to justify your prices to people comparing your product to something mass produced in a factory somewhere.

i want belt drive on my bike now.
