I also want to know what the best ISO Phil BB width is with Sugino 75s. I'm using a Phil hub and a Phil sprocket. I gather 108mm is recommended but have heard 110.5 is the one to go for.

Hey Josh, I've got same combo and I'm sure my bottom bracket is 110,5.

I'm using a 110.5, Sug 75 chainring, Chub hub and EAI cog and it works faultlessly..
Will it work?
...got a Phil Wood BB (110.5mm axle) and MIGHT want to get a Sugino 75 crankset on it.
