My mum used to use these tablets that were made of bee pollen/ 100% natural.
The theory was that it built up your tolerance levels similar to above.
The company that made them were called Herbal Life.

There are millions of types of pollen, it only really works well if you use a local source like local honey which would contain a variety of pollen from the area.
