no, the frame is made in ca. 1946 the braze-ons were for mudguards, i painted the frame myselfe but it chips very easily even after 8 layers of clearcoat it looked like this when i got it
Lol, at the angle of the first pic, they look like they are all on the non-drive side. Spaced pretty spot-on for discs.
I figured you'd had them added for wet'n'dirty single speeding. My next question would have been regarding the tyre size you had clearance for.
