Heh, I kinda like it. Apart from the lfgss.com bit. Maybe say "By order of all of us" or "By order of The Campaign Against Smelly Courts" or hell, maybe even just "By order of Bike Polo".
Is it necessary? no. Does it detract from the seriousness at hand? Maybe a little bit. Is it funny? I think so. Would I really want to put it up at the court? No, not really.
