another day in the nursery, this is depressing

great idea, although I've been a member of the site for about 6 weeks or so. Even replied to the questionnaire,, the t shirt comp etc. Still cant get to ask a question/new thread.
Have i done I made a mistake somewhere.
While I'm here,,,
my singlecross is making a 'tonka tonka' type noise with power on (majority of the time). chain is clean, about 2months it's gotten more prominent with time. Any ideas??

hi to all, new user, will be looking for some advice / guidance.

I'm planning a cycle trip from Perpignon to Calais over 10days in August, so looking for recommended routes, milages, places to see etc.

I'm quite a fit person (races on a regular basis), but will be riding with colleagues new to this, so seeking others advice.

Any help / guidance greatly appreciated.
