Is this frame safe to ride?

should have put your foot in the back wheel
same thing happened to me a while back, i used to ride brakeless bmx and now the back wheel is a easier option. should be OK as long as your don't rag it over pot holes a speed bums all day
+1 toe overlap

this sounds like a good way to lose toes...
