how about some more detailed close up pics of the frame, looks like a pretty low bottom bracket to me, is it a track frame? (track ends dont confirm this)

its a converted raleigh road bike twas 531 and the bottom bracket is as high as the 2005 langster if that helps to be honest its a guide price. also the geometry is tighter than most other track frames i see.
