Which wheels on a budget?

but you can't order them online you have to fill in a order form and send it to them with a cheque or what not.

I ran a rear for a while. No problems. The guy who runs Byercycles is a proper old school track guy and supplies serious cyclists so I doubt they're crap but he did say to me you get what you pay for when I bought it.
