South London hills

any SE London riders ever stumble upon Willenhall Road SE18? Unfreakinbelievable... tiny too, and that was was somehow topped by other Woolwich/Plumstead horrors - I walked the whole of Eglinton Hill (nice views acroos London tho')... my legs almost Hulk'd out my jeans... ridiculous coming back down Shooter Hill tho!

I suspect not4sale may be able to tell some tales of riding fixed up Eglinton Hill. I've only ever gone up it on gears. Never rode up Willenhall Road but I do remember it as being very steep from visiting a friend who lived in the road at the top of it.
