Hmmm, I don't necessarily agree with that line of logic personally. Out of a club sound system/party rig I doubt many people are really concerned with the subtle nuances in sound that vinyl brings whilst skanking out to a dirty bassline though, so imo it's down to what the dj likes playing. The way I see it is with vinyl you get a much more tactile experience and with digital you get a lot more convenience.
