Bianch pista or Charge plug

Honestly mate, waiting is worth it.

secondly the Bianchi of mine is a 57cm, I'm 6'1 and find it a little small for me, so I'm converting it into a town bike, aka "Tarmac Racer" (homage to those path racer).

I'm 6'2 and ride a 57cm Bianchi and it fits me fine. Best bet is to try before you buy.

However, and as noted above, I don't think the Bianchi is worth the cash. Between the two I'd buy a Plug.
