Nice Vivalo! It's just begging for some upper-end components. I agree, though, simple is best. Hopefully it's 27.2 on the post and 120 spacing in the rear, otherwise you may pay a premium for components like I just did for my Stratos.

Good point, mine was 110 with 8mm deep dropouts so had to get a new axle for my already bought 120 Phils

Ahhhh!
You'll need to get a Keirin rear hub and/or axle then
Nitto 65 do a 27.0 seatpost, quite hard to get now but not impossible

Got this ready to build but no rims :(

Sorted then
Go for some Campy Omega V, same as mine above

Phil front hubs will fit 8mm forks by default. The bolts they use are 8mm. Your choices of easily obtained or convertible hubs for the rear are Phil and Dura Ace. Your D/A hubs should look fantastic with either the Campy Omegas or some Arayas.

Damn. This took a long time. 5 months from order to delivery. Delivered just as I took a large block of holidays so haven't had the time or the bits to finish it until now. Still have some minor tweaking of the positioning. Custom geometry built for my dodgy back. Smoother than smooth. Wish my photography skills were up to scratch.
Thats not bad waiting! As they are currently 6 months plus! All good things come to those who wait! Enjoy!

Seatpost 27
Rear 110mm
And 8mm dropsHave the drop outs reamed out as most people do! Saves one problem. Seatpost you can have several options if you dont want to go on the strictness NJS route! Happy shopping and building Max! Im having similar problems with a french track frame regarding spacing and component sizes!

EDIT: And actually, it looks marginally better in the flesh and not on that stand which makes the geometry look a bit off. I'm sure someone at Souths will agree that it isn't quite an abomination.....guys.....guys!?

That said i hope you enjoy your ride.
