Sprint training Monday nights at Reading

Hi guys, I am running sprint sessions at Reading track every Monday (bar bank hols) starts at 5pm sharp cost is £5 each hope to see some of you there.

Have just moved to Reading and am looking to get into track riding. Would I be better off coming to one of these nights or another night?

hi billysan, best night for you would probably be the thursday night sessions, not sure of the start time, i think its 6pm.
