I have both, I'd go for open pro, any wheel can be strong enough as long it's build properly.
Open pro is slighty lighter and slighty easier to keep the bike in a straight line when it's windy as fuck, just as strong too.
Courant is right, it's varies on the wheelbuilder, I've shitter wheels that stay true and reliable for years when build well, and wheelbuilding not even rocket science.
