Bizarre as it sounds i'm pretty sure they used to be listed in the NJS section, clearly NOT NJS certified! but they are used by Keirin racers when they train on the road... so maybe that was the logic.....
Of course i could be totally wrong.... i'm sure if Will from hubjub is on here and can be bothered he could enlighten us......
