Depends what your after.
The cxp33s would'nt make a much stronger wheel (IMHO), but it would probably be stiffer.
So cxp33 for acceleration/ aero.
Open pro for climbing/ comfort on bad road surfaces.
I've got a pair of cxp33s laced 32 spoke 3x (slightly overbuilt?). They are seriously stiff and quite light. I find them very responsive if not the most comfortable wheelset I've owned.
