Are Ribble any good? I made an order last week as they had 15% off Bank holiday special. On the site it says goods dispatched within 24 hrs. Well a week later and i'm still waiting. I log in and it has no record of any orders? They've already taken payment. Should i be concerned or am i a bit impatient?
