TSK, thanks again for the excellent advice. When you offer Stonehenge to Swindon, do you mean by car or by bike?
I'm not 100% sure what I'll be doing yet that day, but if I'm not going to Devizes, either option, i.e. taking the train from Pewsey to Reading, and from there to Oxford, or taking the train from Swindon to Oxford, sounds like a good idea.
