Oh dear :(
How do you mean angry? We played at Downham until 7pm on Saturday until we gave it up for a kid and his Dad to play football - who had both been waiting very patiently.

Ah, great polo day yesterday ;-)
Vic and Matt, thank you so much for the hospitality! and a big hug to Vic for today x

Yesterday it was just the Dad playing...Karl tried to negotiate with him on our behalf, but to no avail.
-

He had kids in tow earlier and was being all aggro towards us as we waited for people to show up. Didn't discuss or anything, just complained loudly to his mate and kids about the court being a "children's playground". Kinda sucky.
-
• #5169
Yeah, and when we came back later (after leaving him the court - we didn't even ask if we could play there when he was there with his kids) everyone was gone except him; he was guarding the court from us. Class act.
-
• #5170
He sounds like a total pain in the ass.
-
• #5171
hey guys thanks for yesterday i like it a lot lol already looking at building a mallet wat the best thing to use for the handle and pole part of it ???
-
• #5172
Ski poles or golf clubs are usually what are used. They can be a bit of a pain to find for cheap at times, though.
-
• #5173

• #5174
was pretty funny watching angry dad kick the ball casually only to lob it the entire length of the court, overt the fence, the road and into the estate. hahahaha! dick.
