I'm pretty sure it beats anything mentioned in this thread by a country mile for sheer lunacy. (Note that's a country mile featuring Charlotte Gainsbourg drilling Willem Defoes leg to a grindstone and smashing his balls off with a hammer then wanking him off until he ejaculates blood.
