Not just outside London? Yeah, They're just as bad, just a different kind of twat. I had some sandwiches thrown at me recently, which missed by a few inches. Caught them up and took a photo of their car, complete with blacked out windows (with cardboard) and reg number, and reported to the police. If you are in Sussex you can report this stuff under their operation crackdown of whatever it's called.
