+1 the cartidges have standard sizes which are imprinted on the seal .. i just tapped out the shagged cartridges on rear miche primato and replaced with ceramic hybrids (which are sweeet!) .. the miche is a bit tricky to get them out of but if you're lucky then the following link will apply http://projekto-b.blogspot.com/2008/01/how-to-replace-your-cartridge-bearings.html
