After looking over that image, you are completely right. Seems like this is the 2008 model (to be fair, they seemed to only change the font of the type on the side of the top tube). And to who it said it was a 52 cm, I'll check in the morning (had a late night), but I'm almost positive, because my 54 cm Fuji Track back home fits exactly the same as the one I have here.
