Most stems are 3, 5, 6 or max. 10 degrees.
Some short, ungly cheap MTB ones up to 30 or 45 degrees.
I know that some years ago, Giant OCR bikes came with 17degrees ahead stems.
It was the 1st year that OCR came with threadless stems. 2002/2003 or so.
Not the nicest stems, but absolutely 17deg. / 31.8 steerer / 26.0 bar.
