shame about another lost set of trails, if anyone finds a nice bit of land thats buildable, post up and im only too willing to help, be nice to have some in eastish london.
I've been looking for an age. I've only found one vaguely suitable place but the ground is full of rubble too.

I'm just planning on hitting up Haywards Heath every now and then instead.
