anyway, what happen here is that you have a vehicle collision, simple as that, a vehicles cause damage to your vehicles for no reason.
the fact that it's a bicycle doesn't help since a handful of people seemed to think any incident with a cyclists is pretty minor as stealing a sweetie from a shop when you were 7.
