Yeah the wooden bars are nice...
You know what though, what I really hate, what I really really hate...
Why go to the trouble of getting painted rims if you're going to get one machined?
Ruins the aesthetic altogether for me I have to say :(

Saw a schnazzy black lo-pro with purple Deep-V on the back outside Trinity today, lush
Just saw the same bike an hour ago along Merrion Road at the US embassy. First time I've seen the point of lo-pros, tbh. Very nice indeed.

Lol, no problem with brakes, just don't see the point of ruining coloured rims with machined sidewalls, if you're going to run a break either stick with silver or go for an anodised rim...
-
• #237
agreed.

• #238
Yeah think his name is ben or something
Yeah it is, he is my brother

What, three maybe four years ago, track bikes entered the hipster community masquerading as 'functional', there were solid reasons as to why bikes designed for track use made sense on the road. Its good to see that masquerade is dead, and that the actual reason is merely fashion (or lack thereof).

Ah I suppose so, personally I reckon it's a balance of form and function... Certain things just look better though don't you think?
-

Anyway I saw Scaryeire cruising around grand canal on his cool fixie topless.
You passed the tricks twice. -

Touche, but it clearly wasn't me.

No?
Black bike, frame looked like a fuji, green chrome bag... -

I think there are now at least three people in Dublin that fit that description.
-
• #245
Oh right, news to me... hah
-
• #246
I was there and it was most defiantly you, unless you posted up pictures of someone else in the names to faces thread. Either that or you have an Doppelgänger.

Lucky guy! haha not.
