just buy a half decent OTP fixed like a langster or bowery. pick the one with the best frame warranty (probably giant) if you are worried about it breaking. those bikes you picked out are just bandwagon jumping by brands who make mtb's so they can sell a fixie to somebody who already owns a mtb/bmx/trials bike. they are heavy and overpriced for what they are.
