Yes, plenty.
Allthough, most have been produced for MTB's in the "before threadless" era.
That's what most stems make ugly on a road bike.
What length are you looking for ?
If you're looking for a short one, many 1-1/8"stems are used on trekking/city bikes.
Adjustable or fixed.
Thus, also not "bling bling".
2 weeks ago I bought a new one for EUR 10.- for my little son's MTB.
Shortest extention possible, approx. 2.5 cm.
