Do the people who model in these things explicitly agree to photoshopping? Will FHM have shown Vic the photoshopped pictures to get her approval?
As I've been led to understand it from past photoshoots, the model frequently has little involvement with the end product.
Anyway, even if she's agreed to it, is it necessarily fraudulent? It's not like the photoshoot is some realistic appraisal of what it is that 'makes her great'. It's a glossy shoot meant to make her pretty.
If she did her hair or wore makeup, would this be fraudulent? Pretty hair doesn't help her win races.
I agree that she looks more attractive 'as she really is', but I don't think anyone considers FHM shoots to be an attempt to glorify the real...
