Looking for help with my first bike

The Open Tools doesn't exist anymore - I'm pretty certain of that. The next best thing is going to the pub nights where there gonna be lots of knowledgeable people. Talk to them and ask your questions. Where do you live?

If you want a cheapish build get a road bike with horizontal dropouts off ebay and put in a new rear wheel. Presto.

Oh really..? I am currently staying in a college hall in brighton, but I have an apartment in London, which i live there during holi. My course ends in next month, then I'll move to london!
Um... I don't think I'll do that, I'd rather build it from scrachtes. For 500-600pounds what can i get? Will it be better than an OTP? Do you think i won't do anything wrong?:S
