*Each frame will be numbered and each bike will be issued with a card that details the purchase and allows customers services to log any queries or problems.
*If it is a unipack customer services are goin to be inundated..
"My chain snapped, what should I do?"
"There are strange noises coming from my bottom bracket, is that something to worry about?"
"My wheels are bent, can you help?" etc.
If that's what the cooper brand has come to that's tragic. I lusted after a proper John Cooper cooper as a teenager and they made some really nice bits. Why do all these brands have to be brought to shit?
