@ Bmmf. No not that one, that is another track in the interior, so there are three altogether on a small island.
@ Winston. This one is definitely deserted, I asked the skaters in the Park next door if anyone used it, they said the last guy who used it cracked his head open.
The reason why there are three pistas is corruption, local officials take kickbacks, the indoor one went way over budget and plenty of politicians coined. The one in the pics is in a one horse town and I seriously doubt it is used also.
Didn't have much time today but I will go to the Indoor this weekend to have a look.
Booking the place might be a mistake, as soon as you start dealing with officialdom here they have the opportunity to charge you or say no and it takes months. Better just to pitch up and do it.
