No. Buildings can't really be 'DDA compliant', as the law applies to service providers (they have to be compliant, not the buildings). But a building can certainly meet guidance, such as AD M or BS8300.

FFS, will it be "compliant" if I push your head down your newly installed toilet and flush? ;)
