I am getting pretty militant as a pedestrian, I regularly get in the way of people that ride on pavements and point out that its against the law.
I even pushed one off, he clipped my arm as he rode past on the pavement, got a bit of a wobble on so I caught up with him and helped him down to the pavement.
I have toyed with the idea of carrying a bolas to thrown in their back wheels.
