They're good, the wheelbuilder is good, the hubs are the same as Formula etc from memory.
you can work it out:
Cost of hubs = £65
Rims= £84
Spokes = £20 (+)
Wheelbuild = £25 ish per wheel.
and you've got your price (v. fair imho)
