Wanted: Messenger Bag

I am looking for a messenger bag sold at a reasonable price!

Looking for something like a Chrome or Timbuk2 (anything that is the same, w/ good quality).
Must have good padding for a 15inch laptop.
A side shoulder Strap.
Probably a size Medium would be good.
No flashy colors.

Budget will be discussed and can pick up anywhere around central London.

in the sale thread someones selling a timbuk2 (search for it) and if you search for wanted messenger bag, someone a little while ago (2 weeks) was looking for one and got offered 2 dont know whether he took either, one was a bagaboo (much better than chrome or timbuk2)

Bagaboo's gone I'm afraid...but to the OP, seriously consider investing some $$$ in a great bag now rather than going for a timbuk2 and wanting to upgrade in the near future...

^ Massive +1 to that, Bagaboo or Chrome are the best mid-range bags out there Bagaboo I would say are better made though out of the two, but if you're gonna spend big money on a bag

Does anyone apart from BLB stock PACs? Do they all come with the X-strap, or is that extra?

I think there is like one other stockist in London, but BLB are actually the distributors for the UK anyway, so I doubt you will get a lower price elsewhere, x-strap depends on the model, all come with stabilizer straps but not all come with x-straps, the ultimate is pretty sweet, and comes with a real fancy strap system including x-strap suspension straps and all sorts of other bits to give a really nice fit, but it ain't cheap.....
