"outdoor bike storage solution"
A shed, a better shed than you currently have but a shed none the less.

Old D locks set in concrete are good for locking bikes to.

I have seen bike storage specific metal box/locker type things which are bolted down to a concrete base. They are designed to resist a thiefs attentions, and as I last saw one in Finsbury park, which was un-thieved, seem to do the job.

Considering your bike collection - may i suggest something based around this?

Now this is what i'm after.
My current bodge is a wobbly wooden frame down my side passage, stapled over with a tarp, screwed into the wall with some crappy struts - lasted about a couple of months before blowing down. I have a ground anchor, chain, locks etc and multiple padlocks so access is reasonabley tough, but I want to keep them dry also. Without permanently blocking the passage.
Meh. Impossible.
Might have to save up for one of those things^^ out front.

well-rated bike storage (where's ga2g when you need him?):
shed-like thing, £289, from b&q downside: it's wood, and you have to paint it yourself (apparently designed by wayne hemmingway, if that's important to you)
asgard bike locker, £435 secure as fuck, but also ugly as fuck
locker-like thing, £529 from b&q the safest but also the ugliest of the lot. weird lifting mechansim, but holds a ton.

get a turret. You can never go wrong with a turret.

LMAO!
Don't forget to consider boththe value of your bikes and the fine print of your insurance policy. Not much use putting your bikes outside if they are then not covered by insurance...

Any protection offered by a wooden shed that you might buy in B&Q is fairly superficial.
I've got one at the allotment that was marked up as £700 in the shops (I got it for £0), and it is so shit you could fart your way into it. They're made of very thin sections of fast-grown softwood and are crap.
Of course if you've concrete footings and ground anchors etc then the shed is good for keeping the rain off, but in themselves they don't offer any real security if you live in an area where attempted theft is likely.
I've not seen one of the metal jobbies, but they're probably better.
Ultimately though, you need some sort of fixing point made of concrete or masonry that will still be there once they've killed your shed.
Right. I'm now being told I can't keep my bikes inside any more. Our current (rubbish) wooden sheds are not secure enough for my bikes, so what do I need to build to make the bikes secure? Has anyone here built an outside bike store for 3/4 bikes plus tools, kids bikes, periphery, porn collection etc?
Advice etc much appreciated.
