Send them off to the powdercoaters and tell them that they'll need to bake them at a higher temp as the wheel is carbon. This will 100% work.

Don't listen to these jokers. If you take it to a finishers/powder coaters they will have the experience and knowledge you will need.
Another option is painting it yourself with a few cans of spray paint then spray vanish/lacquer, and it won't jeopardize the wheel's strength.

I was quoted £20 at Trestan Finishers in Southampton (probably a little far away from you) and the guy guaranteed the wheel wouldn't be heated or have any chemicals applied to it that might effect the wheel's strength. I'm sure there will be a finishers near you who will do the same...

Actually it probably is true because Arrospoks are 100% carbon and they come in loads of different colours.
I have a tri spoke carbon wheel that i want to spray a different colour has anyone ever done this?
do you have any tips on the best way to go about it??
