For Sale: Beater bike, Volume fork, Bits and pieces

I'm having a bit of a clear out and my first fixed conversion has got to go. Great first bike or beater/pub bike.

Here's the spec:

56cm road bike frame, chrome forks, stem, seatpost, Sakae SA 170cm cranks, 48T chainring. – £30 all in

London dirt clogging up the BB – FREE

Volume Cutter 1 1/8 forks – £25

MKE pedals – £5

Steerer length and any idea of max tyre clearance and barspin-ability of the fork please?

Steerer tube: 23cm

I was running 700c tyres and barspinning no problem

could take the frame off your hands tomorrow if you fancy it?
