so pushing off the ball bad, but you gotta be allowed to ride in awkward places to shield the ball carrier.
wayne's 3rd bullet point, hooking the mallet from behind and preventing shot is safe and IMO very good polo. he robbed me of a shooting opp like this on tues when i thought i was beyond everyone. it was quality.
